Refund Policy

At Eyes On We, we stand behind our products and want you to have a great experience. While we cannot accept returns for non-defective items, we do offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • Your drone arrived defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

To process your request, please contact our support team with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Clear photos or a video showing the problem.

Once we review your request, we will determine if a refund or replacement is the best solution. If approved for a refund, the amount will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Drones that have been used, damaged by the customer, or modified are not eligible for refunds.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the nature of our shipping process.
